Everyone says it looks and sounds delicious but I haven’t been able to read a review of anyone who’s actually tried it. I’m wanting to know how it tastes and if it’s juicy and tender. Has anyone tried this preparation for a Ribeye 🥩?

It turns out tender and juicy (the vinegar helps to tenderize the meat), and searing it first before finishing in the oven helps to keep juices in. Hope you'll like it! - Alena
