Parmesan Asparagus

This Parmesan asparagus recipe is simple, quick, and has an awesome flavor!
Parmesan Asparagus


  • 1/2 pound asparagus (fresh, trimmed)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (peeled)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • salt (to taste)

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Pour the olive oil over the asparagus spears and sprinkle them with salt.

3. Crush the garlic clove on top of the asparagus. Toss to coat asparagus with oil and garlic.

4. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes, then turn asparagus and make for another 5 minutes, or until it's tender.

5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
