Juicy, flavorful pork chops are what you will get with this easy, 4 ingredient recipe. Onion, mayonnaise and cheese make a delicious topping for baked pork chops.
1. Wash the pork chops and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and ground black pepper. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 3. Slice the onion and put the slices on top of the meat. 4. Spoon about 2 teaspoons mayonnaise over the chops. 5. Top each chop with 2 tablespoons grated cheese. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

This recipe is so simple and delicious. I make it often.
I prefer thinner chops for this recipe, but it should also work for slightly thicker chops (I haven't tried it with pork steaks though). You'll need to adjust the time depending on the meat thickness, the cheese and mayo crust will keep the meat from drying out. Let me know how it works with thick chops, if you try. Thanks!
Hi NicoleAsh! Thanks for the comment. Does it mean you didn't like the chops? Or just sharing your thoughts? We absolutely love these, they're super easy to make, juicy and delicious, and are extremely popular in Russia. Sorry to hear if you didn't like them.
