1. Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a wok or large skillet.
2. Brown beef until just cooked through, about 10 minutes. Season with chili and garlic powders, then reduce heat and simmer.
3. In another large skillet stir-fry cauliflower, green beans, asparagus, carrots and spaghetti in 1 tablespoon oil until heated through (for about 7 minutes).
4. Mix everything together in one of the skillets, season with salt, cover and simmer for another 7 minutes, until desired tenderness. Serve.
