Calcium-Rich Cannoli Milkshake
Love cannoli? Try this easy calcium-rich cannoli milkshake made with ricotta cheese, ice cream, milk and cinnamon.


  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ground cinnamon
  • chocolate (finely grated)

1. In a blender, combine ricotta cheese, ice cream, milk, sugar and cinnamon.
