- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ground cinnamon
- chocolate (finely grated)

1. In a blender, combine ricotta cheese, ice cream, milk, sugar and cinnamon.
2. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with finely grated chocolate and serve.
