Chili Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts (washed, trimmed)
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon chili paste (I use Sambal Oelek)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- salt
Yield: 3 servings | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 25 minutes | Total time: 30 minutes
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
2. In a bowl, combine trimmed Brussels sprouts, oil, coconut aminos, chili paste, garlic powder and pepper, lightly season with salt.

3. Arrange on a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.

Toss the Brussels sprouts in the remaining on baking sheet sauce and serve.
