1. In a blender, puree apple and banana until smooth.
2. Put almond butter in a medium mixing bowl, beat on medium with a mixer for 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until combined.
3. Preheat waffle iron (use the LIGHT setting) and brush with some oil (I used a little more avocado oil after 2nd waffle). Scoop the batter into your waffle iron in batches, cook until golden brown. Serve immediately or store in zip close bags in freezer.
