1. In a large skillet (or wok), heat 1/2 of the vegetable oil. Add vegetables and stir fry 5 to 7 minutes, until tender-crisp.
2. In a small bowl, mix water, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cornstarch and the rest of the oil.
3. Stir in and cook for another minute. Stir in sesame seeds and serve.
